- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor. Poor. Poor. Customer service. Have been waiting 3 weeks for replacement card. Unable to use the card I have. They never return calls like they say they will. When you do talk to them, they rush you off the phone because they can't answer your questions. Already looking for another bank. I travel for work. Tough to do without a card, but they don't care. If you're smart you'll take your money elsewhere.By 65hoppy, June 24, 2017
